Our billing system is where you pay invoices, keep your card up to date, see your hosting services and domains, and contact support. Everything is at billing.precisionwebhosting.com/billing.
Logging in
- Go to the Login page.
- Enter the email address you log in with and your password, then click Login.
- Tick Remember Me only on your own computer.
Don't know your password, or never set one? Click Forgot Password? on the login page. See Forgot your password? How to reset it.
Finding your way around
- Services: your hosting plans, their status and next due dates.
- Domains: your domain names and renewal dates.
- Billing: My Invoices, My Quotes, Payment Methods and Add Funds.
- Support and Open Ticket: ask us for help and follow your tickets.
- The Hello, [your name]! menu at the top right: Account Details, User Management, Payment Methods, Contacts, Email History, Your Profile, Change Password, Security Settings and Logout.
Most common tasks
- Update your credit card and make the new card your default
- View and pay invoices
- Update your address, phone or billing email
- Turn on two-factor authentication
