We email you each invoice when it is created, about 15 days before the due date. You can also see every invoice in your account.

See your invoices

  1. Log in, then open Billing and choose My Invoices, or go to My Invoices.
  2. Each invoice shows its number, date, due date, total and status, such as Paid or Unpaid. An invoice stays Unpaid after its due date until it is paid. Click one to open it.
  3. To save or print a copy, click Download for a PDF.

Pay an invoice

  1. Open the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
  2. Choose how to pay: your saved credit card, a new card, or PayPal. You can switch the payment method on the invoice before paying. Prefer to pay by check? Choose Mail In Payment and follow the instructions on the invoice.
  3. Confirm the payment. The invoice changes to Paid and we email you a receipt.

If you have a default card, you usually don't need to do anything: we charge it automatically about 5 days before the due date. To change that card, see Update your credit card and make it your default.

Can't find an invoice email?

Open the Hello, [your name]! menu at the top right and choose Email History (or go to Email History). It lists every email we have sent to your account, and you can open any of them. Also check that Invoice Emails is ticked under Email Preferences in Account Details.

Questions about a charge? Contact us before the due date and we'll sort it out.
